Technical support

Designed with the user in mind, the Logonn software is exceptionally easy to install and run. However with Logonn, if you should run into difficulties or would just feel happier having someone help you through the process, our technical support team are here to help.

Stocktaking and technical support

With our different packages there are various levels of stocktaking support provided. To view our different packages click here.

Tutorials – Available to all customers, we have a series of introductory video tutorials available for download.

Remote Audit – With all our stocktaking packages there is the option to add our monthly remote auditing facility. Having years of experience our support team can remotely check your stock result and offer advice over the telephone or via e-mail.

Onsite – With our £99pm rental option, once a quarter you will have a 4 hours onsite visit from one of our stocktakers. Here they will provide troubleshooting assistance to help you improve your in-house controls and stock results.

Regular Stocktaking – We can arrange a quotation for a stocktaker to attend your premises and assist with any liq or food stock control problems.

  • Logonn basic packages include initial software setup – 30 mins
  • Multi Bar and Multi User versions include a 1 hour software setup
  • Combined packages include both stocktaking and technical support for the duration of your rental period.
